House transmits signed substitute of HB 6,004 and authorizes committees to notify Senate and governor

Curtis and the substitute had been signed by the Senate president and transmitted to the Speaker for signature and enrollment.
On the floor, a Representative moved that the Speaker be authorized to appoint a committee to "wait upon the Senate and inform that honorable body that the House has completed its business and [is] ready to adjourn," and a companion motion authorized a committee of the Senate to wait upon the governor to inform him that the legislature had completed its business and was ready to adjourn. Members responded with the customary "right" and procedural assent.
The Clerk recorded that the bill would be returned to the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel for enrolling and that the Speaker's signing was to be entered upon the journal.
