After resuming at 8:11 p.m., a board member moved to approve the minutes of the Nov. 6 meeting; the chair called the voice vote and the motion carried unanimously. A brief exchange followed about a typo in the 2025 schedule: the chair called on Mister Bridal, who said the January meeting had been read as "Tuesday, January 6" and should be changed to Tuesday, January 7. The board voted to approve the calendar as presented with that modification; the chair recorded a motion, a second from Miss Lynch, and a unanimous vote.
The chair confirmed the next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025, and said the board will need to reorganize at that meeting; the chair expressed intent to run for re-election and asked regular members to attend. The meeting concluded after a motion to adjourn was made and seconded (Miss Lynch moved; Miss Cleary seconded) and the chair declared the meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
No petitions were on the agenda at the time; one possible petition related to an electrical meter issue was mentioned as a possible future submission.
