House adopts technical election-law amendments including expanded polling-place definition

The changes were supported by the city clerks association and described as technical in nature.
Voting was opened and closed with all present members voting. The Clerk recorded 71 yes votes and 0 no votes; HB155 passed and was referred to the Senate for further consideration.
