The Clerk read the resolution's findings about Asplund's academic background, length of state service and committee assignments; the House recorded a 71‑0 voice vote and the resolution will be presented to Asplund and signed by the presiding officers.
The resolution recognizes Asplund's retirement and thanks him for decades of work supporting the legislative process.
