- First substitute Senate Bill 104 (selection of mental health therapist in juvenile termination proceedings): Presented by Representative Thompson; passed (65 yes, 1 no). The bill requires juvenile courts to allow parents/guardians to be heard regarding therapist selection and ensures appointment of mental health evaluators.
