Utah House introduces interns, staff and hears a youth vocal medley

A brief ceremonial moment included the chamber singing "Happy Birthday" to a staff member, Holly Parker, led by Representative King. Representative Last introduced a group of young singers from Southern Utah (the Green family) who performed a medley for the House.
These introductions and the youth performance took place before or around the Committee of the Whole convening and the Rules Committee report; they were largely ceremonial and did not include formal floor action beyond brief recognition and applause.
