House approves SB142 to correct technical errors in Pharmacy Practice Act

"It's a very simple clarification bill," Wyatt said in floor remarks. The House opened the bill for voice vote, closed voting and the presiding officer announced SB142 had received 65 yes votes, 0 no votes, with 10 absent; the bill will be signed by the Speaker and referred for enrollment.
Because SB142 was presented and passed as technical clarifications with no substantive new policy changes reported on the floor, the House recorded no extended debate or amendments during this session.
