House passes supplemental appropriations 'bill of bills' after multiple floor amendments

Several members sought to add or reallocate funds for charter-school administrative support; a substantive $900,000 proposal to divert savings to charter-school administrative funding was proposed and then failed on a recorded vote after division.
After consideration of amendments and adoption of intent language the House voted to pass Senate Bill 3 as amended 70 yes, 1 no. The bill was transmitted back to the Senate for further action.
