Mark Chambers, GIS analyst, told council the multiyear agreement totals $122,700 over three years (approximately $40,900 in fiscal year 2024‑25) and has been budgeted in the current fiscal year. Chambers noted the city has used ESRI products since 1997 and that many internal applications and integrations rely on the ArcGIS platform.
A councilor moved to adopt sole‑source findings and approve the three‑year extension; the motion was seconded and the council voted in favor.
