No, I'll make that $2,900,000,000 I was off by $500,000,000," Representative Brad Last said as he summarized the bill's scope, stressing the measure updates the base budget for public education to reflect projected February 2008 enrollment of about 550,000 students (an increase of almost 13,000, or about 2.4%).
