House adopts SB280 conference report and intent language prioritizing DHS state hospital capital project

The House then opened final voting and the first substitute bill passed 71-0; the measure is returned to the Senate for signature and enrollment. Representative Hunsaker asked that the intent language be spread on the journal and the House adopted that request.
