Failed or tabled - HB65 (College and Career Counseling pilot): failed 31–42 and was filed. - HB49 (Firearms revisions): no final floor vote on substance; motion to circle (defer) succeeded and the bill was set for further consultation with local law enforcement and municipal officials.
Resolutions - First substitute HCR7 (designating I-15 as Veterans Memorial Highway): passed 71–0 and will be transmitted to the Senate.
