Votes recorded on the floor that day included:
- SCR 6 (Concurrent Resolution on federal gas tax): Passed 55–1. Representative Hutchings explained the resolution as a request for more state flexibility over fuel tax dollars and fewer federal strings attached (SEG 066–101).
- First Substitute H.B. 230 (Emergency vehicle operator training requirements): House concurred with Senate amendments and passed 56–0 (SEG 125–140).
