- HB52 (Mental health professional practice amendments): Passed 72–0. The bill addresses an externship-license defect by allowing the Division of Professional Licensing to close a loophole that let underqualified out-of-state externs practice for up to three years.
- HB85 (Peace officer training amendments): Passed 78–3. The measure allows up to $500,000 from an uninsured motorist identification restricted account to POST to cover training shortfalls.
- Second substitute HB107 (Political issue committee exemptions): Passed 71–0 after floor debate; a separate floor amendment to increase the exemption from $5,000 to $10,000 failed 31–41.
