House floor moves bills between committees and uncircles substitutes; several procedural votes recorded

During the Feb. 9 floor session, representatives moved several bills between committees, uncircled substitutes, and circled bills for later debate.
Representative Noelle successfully moved to lift House Bill 315 from Business and Labor and send it to the Revenue and Tax Committee; the motion passed 41–22. Representative Gibson moved to return House Bill 256 (Electric Service District) from Public Utilities back to Rules; that motion passed. Representative McKay uncircled House Bill 21 (certified tax rate amendments), substituted substantial text changing the bill title to "Changes to property tax," and the substitute was circled for debate next week.
Clerk communications included Senate notices that several bills had been signed and a conference committee had been appointed on House Bill 13. With those items complete, the House adjourned until Monday, Feb. 12 at 10 a.m.
