The property owner missed two prior court hearings and is scheduled to appear again this Wednesday; commissioners discussed possible enforcement steps, including eventual mitigation orders or referral to the township attorney if the owner again fails to appear.
No new formal enforcement directive was issued at the meeting; members asked for updates following the scheduled court appearance.
