Stewart to the Youth Parole Authority (term to expire 04/01/2009); and multiple appointments to the Telecommunications Advisory Council, among others as read into the record.
Senator Hilliard moved to consent to the slate of appointments. A roll call vote recorded 21 yes votes, 0 nays and 8 absences; the presiding officer announced that the motions had passed and that the names would be confirmed in the journal. Senators then reported that the governor’s representative had been notified that the Senate had concluded its business.
