- SB 35 (Uniform Child Abduction Prevention Act): Senate concurred with House amendment and passed on final roll call; recorded as unanimous passage in the transcript. - SB 46 (Health care amendments): Senate concurred with a reduced fiscal note amendment (from $2,000,000 to $500,000) and approved the amended bill (reported 29–0). - SB 85 (Mining test fees): Uncircled and concurred with an effective date amendment (reported 27–0 in the roll call reported later). - SB 98 (Governmental immunity for trails): Senate circled and then concurred; final reported vote 22 yes, 5 no with 2 absent after roll call. - SB 268 (Rural Broadband Service Fund): Senate concurred after the House reduced the amount from $2,000,000 to $1,000,000; final passage reported and bill referred to the House.
