Senate fast-tracks resolution backing DOC contracts for Davis County jail beds, increases capacity to 100

The sponsor said the change did not alter the underlying contracting authority of the Department of Corrections but would update the resolution to reflect the county'built capacity. The Senate recorded no debate that altered the substance of the amendment beyond the stated numerical increase.
