Senate moves a slate of bills on consent and third-reading calendars; multiple measures pass
Summary
On Feb. 14 the Utah Senate adopted committee reports, placed numerous bills on the consent calendar, and approved dozens of bills on consent or final passage, including HB 109 (research use of controlled substances), SB 205 (records access discovery), SB 140 (LP gas amendments), SB 122 (urban farming assessment), SB 50 (vehicle impoundment), SB 154 (judiciary amendments) and SB 48 (mission of public education).

On the third-reading calendar the Senate approved multiple substantive bills including:
