Senate approves multiple bills on consent and third reading; HB31, HB34, SB30 among measures passed

House Bill 34 (Employment Security Act Sunset Extension) was debated briefly and passed on a recorded vote with 28 yeas, 0 nays and 1 absence; the measure extends the period in which the Department of Workforce Services (DWS) may share data with the Wage and Hour Division.
