Senate recognizes Salem Hills senior Sydney Ward for national community service award

Senator Henderson commended Ward’s civic engagement and said Ward has “roped in all kinds of other kids to also be civically engaged,” adding that colleagues who have attended Ward’s town halls were proud of her accomplishments.
The Senate entered the citation into the record and congratulated Ward on the floor.
