The Stratford Zoning Commission approved the minutes of its December 2024 regular meeting by voice vote during its administrative session Dec. 17, 2024, after members requested two minor revisions.
A motion to approve the minutes was made and seconded; commissioners recorded a unanimous 5-0 voice vote to approve. One speaker noted two small textual changes (spelling/wording) before the vote.
Planning and Zoning Administrator Jay Hebansky said he had no comments on other business but that he would “keep you all posted on our meeting schedule in the first half of next year due to the elevator.” That scheduling note followed the minutes approval and preceded a motion to adjourn.
Chair Harold Watson then called for and received a motion to adjourn. The commission closed the brief administrative session with holiday greetings to attendees.
