On one item, a resolution authorizing repairs to a John Deere front‑end loader at public works recorded one dissenting vote: Mayor Moore voted No while other members voted Yes. The council approved a subsequent developer‑agreement referral and authorized a federal aid cost reimbursement agreement with the New Jersey Department of Transportation for the TAP SR 71 Main Street streetscape project. The council also approved a pilot agreement with Asbury Park Gardens Preservation LLC (Provita Gardens Apartments / Stephen Manor at 120 Monmouth Avenue) and scheduled the city's 2025 reorganization meeting for Jan. 15, 2025.
