The Tinton Falls Borough Council adopted Ordinance 2024-1518 on Dec. 3, which amends various sections of the borough land-use code to implement Planning Board recommendations from its March 2024 master plan report.
The clerk read the ordinance title and the council opened a public hearing limited to comments about the ordinance. After hearing and closing that public comment period, councilmembers moved, seconded and held a roll-call vote on adoption. Miss Buckley recorded a "No" vote; other members voted "Yes," and the ordinance was adopted.
The ordinance was introduced for public consideration and will be effective as specified in the borough code following publication and any statutory waiting periods. No members of the public registered comments during the hearing, and council discussion on the final adoption was minimal on the record.
