The Tinton Falls Borough Council adopted two resolutions Dec. 3 awarding and authorizing issuance of a hotel/motel plenary retail consumption license to Serena Enterprises LLC for the premises known as Latitude Suites Tinton Falls.
At the start of the meeting council opened a public hearing on the license application and limited comments to three minutes for those addressing the application. The clerk asked for public comment and recorded, "There were none." Following the hearing the clerk read Resolution R-24-227, "Resolution awarding a new hotel motel 36 plenary retail consumption license to Serena Enterprises LLC for premises known as Latitude Suites Tintin Falls," and the council voted to adopt it.
The clerk then read Resolution R-24-228, authorizing issuance of the new license to Serena Enterprises LLC for Latitude Suites Tinton Falls; council moved and adopted that resolution as well.
The council did not record any public opposition or questions on the record during the meeting. The clerk and council used the business name Serena Enterprises LLC in both resolutions; the body agreed to adopt and execute the resolutions during the session.
