South River swears in probationary officer Michael Manharing

Manharing recited the oath of office in the meeting chamber. After the swearing-in, the borough announced his conditional appointment was included in the consent resolutions listed for adoption at the meeting. The mayor and council congratulated Manharing on his appointment.
The conditional appointment was recorded in the consent agenda under Resolution 3-54. The borough’s consent resolutions also listed routine personnel and purchasing items adopted together by the council at the meeting.
