The Town of Falmouth Select Board on Nov. 26 endorsed an Approval and Record (A&R) plan from Bushwood 545 LLC, care of Michael Galasso, to merge Lot 3 and Lot 11 at 545 Main Street (map 47B04012003). The motion to endorse the plan was introduced by a board member and seconded; members present voiced assent and the plan was approved.
Board members asked to see clearer property lines before the vote. "Just can you show me the property lines? Because there's so many lines on this thing I couldn't figure it out," said a board member (S4), who also noted the drawing was prepared by a professional engineer and that the plan meets requirements. The plan was described as an A&R filing that does not change the number of lots but documents the merger for planning purposes.
The board also noted the parcel has split zoning. After discussion about the lines and confirmation from the presenter that the submittal meets applicable requirements, S4 moved to endorse the plan "as shown," the motion was seconded, and members present voiced their approval. The board thanked the applicant and wished everyone a happy Thanksgiving before moving on to other items.
The board did not state a numeric vote tally for this endorsement during the public discussion recorded in the transcript. The amended plan and any related filings will proceed through the town's normal recording and permitting processes.
