Zoning board in Falmouth pauses 85 Brookhill Road 40B over nitrogen, stormwater and drainage questions

The Town of Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday continued its public hearing on a 40B comprehensive-permit application for 85 Brookhill Road after members pressed the applicant for more information on nitrogen loading, stormwater design and impacts to neighboring properties.
Nick, the applicants representative, told the board the project team submitted revised stormwater reports, updated elevations and a revised waiver list and said the peer-review engineer had only recently received the responses. "Were pretty confident that weve addressed all the concerns that the engineer had," Nick said, while acknowledging the consultant had not completed a second review.
The boards questions focused on whether the site should be required to demonstrate additional nitrogen-loading mitigation under the towns Coastal Pond Overlay rules.
