The proclamation credited Barry with "decades of expertise and billions of dollars in project merit management" and noted his roles as chair, vice chair and CIP member.
Barry thanked the board and noted the role his state job played in allowing him to serve the town. The Select Board presented proclamations and parting gifts and invited colleagues to share memories of his time on the committee.
