Staff presented a replat proposal by All Aspects Incorporated on behalf of NG Main Street LLC to combine two lots in Block 1 of the original town (creating Lot 16A) to make room for a commercial building with seasonal retail below and congregate living space above; commissioners approved the replat by voice vote. Staff noted the building plans had not yet been submitted and that any required engineering, sprinkler systems and setbacks will be reviewed by the building official and planning staff during subsequent permit reviews.
The commission also approved a voluntary annexation petition submitted by Homestead Estates LLC (owner Chris Bergman) for Pine Glen Subdivision (Lot A revised) on Dolan Creek Road; staff said annexation would allow city garbage services and future water connections for the proposed subdivision and that this action is an early step in a multi‑stage process.
Finally, staff reported one annual use on review for dry camping at the car museum (Harvest Host); no complaints were reported and the permit was renewed for another year. The commission then voted to adjourn.
All procedural votes were taken by voice; no further public hearings were scheduled for these items at this meeting.
