Residents press council on speeding, dark streets and alleged meeting misconduct after loss of longtime councilman

One resident said street lighting is inadequate and urged council to meet with the electric company.
Council members acknowledged the complaints. One council member proposed forming a legally sound task force that would bring council members and concerned residents together to address safety issues street by street, and the mayor and council committed to continuing work through committee meetings. The mayor said a formal resolution honoring the late Mr. Harmon will be prepared for the next meeting.
