The Elna Lucas Community Culture and History Award was presented in recognition of local history work; Drew Holly was singled out for documenting community history, researching Native American history and conducting interviews tied to graduate coursework at the University of Utah and Utah State University. The Orville Holly Youth Leadership Award nominations included Jack Tonks, praised for leadership and civic engagement, and Asia Morris, recognized for reporting in the Fremont newspaper as a youth journalist.
Other community-service acknowledgments included JD Christofferson for event setup and logistics, Luke Ortega for volunteer help with a veterans dinner and Angela and Darren Erwin for many hours supporting youth and civic events, including the Youth Mental Health and Emotional Wellness Retreat and community holiday programs. Jamie Kristofferson was recognized for longtime support to widowed and elderly neighbors and for organizing free mental health programming for youth.
