The Mount Pleasant Community Development and Renewal Agency on Dec. 10 approved the minutes of its Nov. 12, 2024 meeting and an invoice register covering Nov. 1–30, 2024 totaling $71,692.76.
At the start of the meeting the presiding officer brought the minutes forward for approval. A board member identified a subheading placement issue on the agenda; the board then moved to approve the Nov. 12 minutes by voice vote.
The invoice register was presented next, with the presiding officer announcing the total of $71,692.76. Board members questioned a roughly $59,000 line described in the meeting as for “buck and shoots” and queried two small Main Street pass‑through payments of $16.80 each. Staff explained the $16.80 entries were grant pass‑through payments under the Utah Main Street program; those amounts are covered by incoming grant revenue, not RDA operating funds.
A motion to approve the invoice register was made and seconded, and the chair called the vote; members approved the register by voice vote.
The meeting then moved into a longer discussion of grants and special projects without further formal action on additional claims.
