Commissioners discussed the language and confirmed minor additions before making it an action item. Speaker 1 moved to make the amendment an action item and later to recommend approval to the City Council; the motions were seconded and passed on voice votes.
Staff will forward the recommended ordinance language to City Council for its legislative consideration.
