Glendale delays vote on updated zoning book after posting error

Board members who reviewed the draft said it appeared to resolve earlier concerns, but they agreed the procedural error required postponement so the public has full notice before a vote.
Next steps: the town clerk will republish the correct agenda and ordinance materials, ensure the 24-hour posting requirement is met and return the item for formal consideration at the next meeting.
