The Castle Valley Town Council approved a lot'line adjustment on Nov. 20 to combine Lots 374 and 375 for property owner Jay Circorman. Planning staff explained the existing lot line runs through the house and that the adjustment would consolidate the property, correcting tax and parceling issues.
A council member moved to approve the adjustment, the motion was seconded and the council voted in favor by voice. Planning staff noted that the adjustment would be permanent unless a future subdivider applied to split the lot again under applicable subdivision procedures.
The adjustment was described as largely administrative: it aligns the lot boundary with the built condition and will simplify taxation and future permitting for the property owner.
