Bluff council approves $1,000 for Dark Sky application design and signs nomination letter

A separate motion to approve the Dark Sky nomination letter (to be sent to project staff, including Sarah Burack) was moved and seconded; council members voted aye and the motion passed unanimously. The chair said he would forward the letter and coordinate inclusion of the nomination materials in the application packet.
