Attorney Johnny Glencino, representing the applicant, told the board the project repurposes a long‑vacant site and is consistent with the redevelopment plan’s goals to eliminate blight and expand industrial uses near Route 287. The board heard testimony from the applicant’s civil engineer, landscape witness, traffic engineer, architect and professional planner.
