The Lakeville Conservation Commission spent most of its July 23 meeting handling scheduled agenda items and administrative matters.
Early in the meeting commissioners voted to continue the hearings for 310 Kenneth Welch Drive and Bedford Street to August 13 at 7:00 PM at the Lakeville Police Station. Several other items (Off Freetown Street, Pinecrest Village) were also continued to allow applicants to complete required materials such as drainage reports and responses to a wetlands peer review.
The commission received a Notice of Intent for 160 Bedford Street (related materials will appear in the August 13 packet) and the chair said she will attempt to arrange a MassDEP site walk with a DEP contact who has been forwarded enforcement materials connected to that property. Commissioners also approved the April 2024 meeting minutes and then adjourned.
The meeting was held at the Lakeville Police Station; most continued hearings were scheduled for the next meeting cycle on August 13, 2024.
