Boulder Valley School District staff on Tuesday outlined Title IX work and an athletics policy study that the board has prioritized, reporting steps to improve transparency around fees and to monitor equitable participation.
Elizabeth Lindell, Title IX coordinator, and Harry Waterman, district athletic director, presented work from student and adult advisory councils, a supportive‑measures menu, and a forthcoming Title IX annual report intended to increase public transparency about reporting processes and supports. "We are not looking just to comply with Title IX — we are looking to be a model," Lindell said.
