The Kenilworth Borough Council adopted Ordinance 2024-22, which amends Chapter 94 of the municipal code to set rules and regulations governing recreational fires in the borough. The council opened a public hearing on the measure, received no public testimony, then voted to close the hearing and adopt the ordinance.

Councilman Zimmerman moved for adoption; Councilwoman Giordano Pacerno seconded, and the ordinance passed by unanimous roll call. The ordinance had been introduced on Nov. 6, 2024, and the final-adoption hearing was held as noticed. No additional conditions or amendments were recorded during the hearing.

The borough clerk will publish the ordinance and the adoption is recorded in the meeting minutes.
