The decision followed lengthy presentations and discussion with the town's lobbyist, Mister Pinsky, and staff about a recent pair of sewage spills that elevated the town's chance of securing state grant money for lake remediation. "If you're going to ask the legislature, make your single ask count," the lobbyist told the council as members weighed competing priorities.
