Committee members apologized for the delayed response and promised follow-up. The mayor asked Gibson to provide contact information to township staff and identified Amy (a township staff member who oversees animal control and takes minutes) as the person who would contact him. Amy was recorded in the meeting as agreeing to call the resident the next day.
The exchange concluded with the committee thanking the resident for raising the issue and staff committing to take action to address the animal-control service request.
The matter was logged during public comment; no formal resolution or vote was taken at the meeting.
