The Town of Concord advisory board approved four sets of prior meeting minutes during its most recent meeting. A motion to approve the Nov. 12, Nov. 19, Dec. 2 and Dec. 10 minutes was made and seconded; a roll-call vote recorded affirmatives from Linda Miller, Dan Gainsborough, Scott Bates, Aaron Cusker and Peter Lowett.

Dan Gainsborough moved the consolidated approval and Scott Bates seconded. Meeting participants recorded no opposing votes, abstentions or recusals.

The board proceeded immediately to a substantive discussion about the RFP selection process after approving the minutes.
