• Fund leverage and fundraising: Several members asked whether CPC money unlocks additional community or capital contributions (Anne and others referenced a $200,000 estate gift and other fundraising cited in application materials), and suggested the applicant document committed external funding sources and explain what will proceed without them.
• Budget detail and rounding: Members noted that presentation slides and the application listed different totals; the CPC asked staff to request a written clarification (or a return visit by a school representative) before the committee finalizes its recommendation.
Next steps: The chair said he would preview the draft CPC package to the Select Board in early December and that the committee would meet again in December for final decisions once the school provides written answers or a representative returns to answer questions in person.
