The Transport Advisory Committee unanimously approved its prior meeting minutes as amended during the Nov. 14 session.
Members discussed minor edits to the draft minutes, including capitalization and clarifications about two Stantec contracts, and then voted to approve the minutes with the amendments.
Later in the meeting planning staff reported that TAC had secured a $10,000 Safe Routes to School signs-and-striping grant to implement recommendations from the Thoreau School walk audit and that TAC also received technical assistance for an Alcott School walk audit. Staff said the grant covers signage and striping improvements identified in the audit.
Next step: The approved minutes will be updated to incorporate the agreed edits and posted on the TAC webpage when the page is repopulated.
