Concord Affordable Housing Trust approves minutes, records actions and schedules follow‑ups

The Concord Municipal Affordable Housing Trust conducted two formal votes and several procedural actions at its Oct. 1 meeting.
Minutes approvals: The trust moved and seconded approval of two sets of minutes. The Aug. 15 housing roundtable minutes (drafted by Liz Rust) were moved by Mary Hartman and seconded by Carrie LaFleur; a roll‑call vote passed with five in favor and one abstention. The trust then approved the longer form Sept. 3 meeting minutes on a motion by Rich Feely and second by Mike Lawson; the roll‑call vote was recorded as 6 to 0 in favor.
Adjournment: A motion to adjourn passed by roll call at 6:23 p.m.
Follow‑ups recorded: Trustees were notified of an Oct. 8 CPC hearing for the trust's $740,000 application and asked to participate as needed; the trust also agreed to schedule future, more detailed discussions on buy‑down policy and priorities and on the planning and pro‑forma details for 91B Main Street. The trust organized outreach to CHDC and other housing partners for a joint conversation and suggested a housing roundtable in December to set shared priorities.
