Sayreville board memorializes three applications, approves minutes and sets Dec. 11 meeting

The board approved the memorialization for application 2412 (166 Liberty Street) and then approved another memorialization for the Deerfield Road application. The board also approved the memorialization for application 2404, a holdover concerning C & W Infinity LLC’s Route 9 property described in the transcript as a liquor store with apartments. Each memorialization was approved by roll call vote as read into the record.
The board moved to approve the minutes of its Oct. 23, 2024 meeting; the motion was seconded and the minutes were approved by roll call. With no further business, the chair moved to adjourn; the motion carried and the meeting concluded. The chair reminded attendees the next meeting will be held on December 11.
