LEXINGTON — The Planning Board on Nov. 18 approved its recommended 2025 meeting schedule and corrected a missing June date.
Planning staff (Josh) said the board will meet on the third Monday each month, except in January when the third Monday falls on Martin Luther King Jr. Day and the meeting will move to the third Tuesday. Staff noted the draft schedule had omitted the June meeting date; members agreed to include June 16, 2025. Staff also explained the board typically does not meet in December and that it is easier to keep a date on the calendar and cancel if needed than to call a special meeting.
Motion by Mr. Dunn, second by Mr. Waters, to approve the 2025 Planning Board and Board of Adjustments meeting schedule, including the June 16 date; the board voted in favor and the motion carried with voice votes (tally not specified).
